1.		Murder Mystery Games-what are they?
		Murder Mystery Store games are based around a dinner party (or buffet / nibbles) and using clues, hints & tips the guests have to discover who murdered the victim. All the people present are suspects. Each character has a guide which includes rules of the game and information on their character (so they can make them as lifelike as possible). No previous acting experience is required, you just need to have a fun approach to the game and be as elaborate or reserved as you like!

2.		Do I need to use my computer at the party?
		All you need your computer for is to download and print out the game. We use the internet as a ‘shop’ so that you can browse through our selection of exciting games, make secure payment and then print off and play the game.

3.		How many people can I invite?
		Each game gives recommendations on the number of characters required to play each game. However, if you have less/more guests-for an additional charge we can change the game to meet your exact requirements. Our lead-time for this service is 21 days. 4.		What if I have too few / too many guests?
		If you have 1 or 2 additional guests then they can still join in the fun. We recommend that they take the part of the detective and reveal the clues and question the suspects. All the guests are integral to the game and have parts to play. If you have guests unable to attend then it is important that you allocate the additional characters to someone else so that they play two parts. A suggestion for this is to avoid confusion they could maybe change hats to differentiate between the suspects.   Alternatively, if you need several extra guests these are available for an additional cost of $10 per couple. 5.		My guests have special dietary needs-can I still use the recipes included?
		If your guests are diabetic, allergy sufferers, vegan, vegetarian etc we can again for $10 create a new menu for you. For more details contact us at: sales@murdermysterystore.com

6.		Before I purchase the game as a download-what special equipment do I need?
		You will require internet access, a credit/debit card for payment and a printer to be able to print off the game. That’s all!!

7.		I want to order a downloadable game using my credit card-how secure is it?
		Murder Mystery Store (a Creative Parties company) use World Pay, part of The Royal Bank of Scotland group, to authorise & process all credit / debit card transactions. 8.		I have made my choice, paid for the game & received my unique link but have trouble accessing the game-what can I do?
		Murder Mystery Store website has been designed for quick, clear ease of use. The downloading process and files are compatible with most computers. However, on the rare occasion that you can’t download the game try cutting and pasting the link into your search engine and you will be connected to your secure download area. If you are still encountering problems-contact us directly and we can answer any questions. 9.		I have downloaded the game and am ready to print-any hints & tips?
		You can print the game out on normal printer paper.   Cards & Paper By using card for the character guide covers, invitations and place names, good quality paper for the clues and Avery address labels J8160 for the name stickers you can make the game look better. All the margins are set up and all you need to do is press ‘print’!   Printing We recommend printing on ‘normal’ print setting-however on some printers ‘draft’ is sufficient & will be just as good print quality-and save on your cartridge. No game is bigger than 6 MB, but as you have access to the download area for 72 hours-you can print the game out in stages or all at once.
