JACKSON JUMP:  Afro Caribbean singer and dancer who is still waiting for his big break - and his voice to break! He talks in a high pitch, punctuates everything with ‘Yeah’ and ‘Oh gimme’. He arrives at the party wearing a black suit, white T-shirt and black pumps. A black trilby is perched on his wild black afro.

 

LIBBY NEUTRON-BOMB: Wild blonde rock chick who aspires to be the next greatest movie star. She speaks in an American drawl, although she hails from Birmingham and has a true talent. Her wild blonde curls are worn loose and she arrives wearing a pink bomber jacket, pink leggings and white heeled shoes. Her cigarettes & holder are always by her side - a true starlet!

 

ADAM PANTS: Punk rocker and talented guitarist. His agent has sent him to the academy to learn how to sing. He is very dramatic and punctuates everything he says with a salute or stomp. He arrives wearing a military jacket, torn shirt and drainpipe jeans, red and green stripes - his trademark makeup - are worn on each cheek.

 

GIRL GINA: Drummer with ‘The Chameleons’, the famous rock group. Her band is playing a set at the party and she arrives first. Her short hair is cropped but she has a blonde ‘rat tail’ which hangs down her back. She wears heavy makeup and arrives at the party wearing a white tight top, tight jeans coupled with men’s braces. She is very masculine in her appearance and at times it’s difficult to tell if she’s a boy or girl!

 

VICKY VIXEN: Blonde page three glamour girl - who always has her assets on show. She is very girly in her ways and always over dresses for every occasion. She arrives wearing a gold dress, gold shoes and her long blonde hair is worn loose. Blue eye shadow and red lips complete the look.

 

LLAMA: Model and singer who specialises in singing ballads. Everyone knows him as Llama and when he is asked his name he only gives Llama! His blonde spiky hair is long at the back and he arrives at the party wearing a blue blazer, open to show his hairy chest & with the sleeves rolled up, blue tight jeans and black designer sunglasses - groovy!

 

AGGIE FULL-STOP: Blonde Swedish singer with the hit band, Babba, She has since retired and teaches at the school. She is fun and easy going and is loved by all the students. She arrives at the party wearing a jumpsuit, with numerous zips, black ankle warmers and pumps.

 

ELTON JACK: Pianist and singer song writer who is famous at the academy for wearing wacky sunglasses. His is very camp in nature which keeps people guessing his sexuality. He arrives at the party wearing a white suit and black polo jumper - his floral sunglasses are perched jauntily on his head.

 

MINDY: A young rising starlet who has been hailed to have the voice of an angel-and the face of the devil! She is a beautiful girl who oozes sex appeal. She wears a layered skirt, a white off the shoulder top and has lace ribbons in her hair - which compliment her lace gloves. Like a true Roman Catholic she has an abundance of crosses at her neck.

 

KATIE RUSH: The school principle and ex Euro Song Contest winner. She won in 1978 with her catchy song ‘Bambina’. She is a strong willed woman who dabbles in black magic and the occult. Her long auburn curls are worn loose and she arrives at the party wearing a long black flowing dress and heavy, dramatic make-up.

 

SLUGGER: Lead singer of the hit bad ‘Insane’ and director of the school. The school is running at a loss and he is thinking of withdrawing his funding. He dresses eccentrically and arrives wearing an electric blue suit, white shirt, white bow tie and a monocle is hung at his neck.

 

LINDA PAUPER: Failed singer who has returned to the group after her last single flopped at number 49. She talks about the ‘good times’ and at 22 believes that she is on the way down and her career can’t be revived. She is a solemn character and arrives at the party wearing a short black dress, thick tights and stilettos - her hair is worn loose and wild!

 

GEORGIOU MICHAELMAS: Spanish guitarist who speaks in broken English but is devilishly handsome. He arrives at the party wearing tight black trousers, a white shirt open to the waist revealing his tanned chest, medallion and dark sunglasses. Women - and men alike - swoon wherever he goes.

 

MORTON PARK-IT: Boyfriend to Aggie Full-Stop and also her ex manager. He is a quiet timid man who always talks about the good days when Aggie was in the pop band Babba. He arrives at the party wearing tight leather trousers and a blue shirt - he has a black hat perched on his head and he always wears his round glasses.
